Your account is already activated. I don't know why you can't post new threads. Try clearing your browsers cache and login again.

http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

If that doesn't work try in a different browser. Something on your machine is probably blocking you from posting (firewall, cookies, etc).

Let me know if this works or not. I can try setting your account to not use cookies.
