I saw them live in TO in like 2005 before they made it big. I stole one of their posters too haha. Got my cd signed by everyone. I like the sound....the stage presence kinda lacks. It was a small pub with a moose head out front on a corner dt TO. I cannot recall the name, but I was barely 19 and just psyched i could get into a bar lol.

So I got to see Devildriver for like the 6th time last night in London at the Music Hall on Queen St.
This was the line up:

Terrorhorse
Misery
Kataklysm
Kitte
Devildriver

I got to see Apocalyptica there once before, so I was familiar with the venue. Got to say, there was maybe 800 ppl there. Weird from seeing these guys play huge festivals like Ozzfest and Mayhem, to such an intimate encounter. Didn't jump in the pit this time as I had a sweet spot right at the front along the barricade so I could have a good hand slap from the bassist and lead guitarist. Same intense show as always. Then some over excited idiot pushes me aside so he can get a good view. Normally I dont mind this, it's a concert after all. But not only did he slide in front of me, he kept elbowing me and pushing me farther out of the way. This lasted for about 3 songs. I was so close to pinching him in the armpit when he jumped away to the pit and a tiny chick took his place. Fine.

Kittie was amazing to see. They are from London, and are the girliest things ever.....until they start playing. Decked out in tights and flip flops, these girls are HEAVY. The drummer has a sweet pink with black hearts drum kit. My ears are still ringing lol. Apparently their mom manages the band, so I found out after talking to them in the bar area.

All in all very worth it for the $27 ticket to see all 5 bands!

Misery. They are a group of 5 from the land of LOG lol. I think they only have 1 cd out, but one song was titled "I hate your face" hehe. I got their poster and a wrist band like the 'live strong' kind. Yay free shit!
