it's basically a plastic pot that you fill with a saline solution and pour into one nostril -it'll come out the other. good for clearing up nasal congestion. i personally find that the squeeze bottle...

I think there was some white discharge. I was stroking it with the condom on, but later pulled the condom off and continued stroking it with the same hand. She used petroleum jelly on the condom....
